30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Fragrance Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If your fragrance arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly resolve the issue.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened fragrance products
  • Used fragrance products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Chargebacks

If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team first so we can quickly resolve the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks may delay the resolution process while the claim is investigated.
